Hi, we’re Heather and Kevin. We live in Phoenixville, PA, just outside Philadelphia, and between us we have 7 children.

When Kevin was in the Marines, he fell in love with the Emerald Isle area. We love Emerald Isle and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

  • Same home, same hosts, without the platform service fees. You deal with us directly from your first question to check-out.

  • About a 5-minute walk to the Windsurfer East beach access, or a 2-minute ride in the included 6-seat golf cart.

  • A 6-seat golf cart (street-legal LSV; a golf cart waiver is signed at check-in), 6 bikes, beach chairs, towels, wagon, rolling cooler, beach toys, a stocked coffee and tea station, an EV charger for electric vehicles, and our local guide to Emerald Isle.

  • Yes! Up to 2 dogs are welcome (no other pets), and the fully fenced backyard gives them room to play. Mention your dogs in your request and we’ll share the details.

  • Just one exterior security camera at the front entrance. There are no interior cameras and no other exterior cameras.
