The House

A 4-bedroom beach house at 136 Pinewood Place in Emerald Isle, NC, sleeping up to 9. It sits on a quiet street off Coast Guard Road, a 5-minute walk to the Windsurfer East beach access, with Ocean Oaks Park right outside.

Sleeping arrangements

Bedroom 1: king bed, private bath, private deck, smart TV. Bedroom 2: king bed, smart TV. Bedroom 3: three twin beds, smart TV. Bedroom 4: queen bed, smart TV. Ceiling fans in every bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the 1st-floor bonus room. 2 full and 2 half baths.

Kitchen and living

A fully equipped kitchen with a commercial ice maker, an extra full-size refrigerator and a coffee and tea station with pods.

Outdoors

A fully fenced backyard with room for kids and dogs to play, and two heated outdoor showers to rinse off after the beach. An EV charger for electric vehicles and a children’s playground are steps away.

Getting around

A 6-seat golf cart, 6 bikes, beach chairs, towels, a wagon, a rolling cooler and beach toys are included.

Good to know

Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Sleeps up to 9 guests. Up to 2 dogs, no other pets. Privacy: one exterior camera at the front of the house for safety only, and no interior cameras.
